We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team, focusing on building and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Flask, React Native, MongoDB, and Python to develop, deploy, and optimize full-stack applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient, user-friendly, and high-performance solutions

Desired Qualifications

We are seeking a talented full-stack developer with the following skills and qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Python, Flask & React Native.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.
Previous experience in Agile development methodologies.
Strong proficiency in deploying models in production environments (experience with TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, or similar for mobile applications is highly desirable).
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) for storing product and store data.
Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure for training and deploying models at scale.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a startup mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, especially when collaborating with cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a full-stack developer at Findme, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Flask (backend), React Native (frontend), MongoDB (database), and Python.
Build RESTful APIs with Flask for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
Develop interactive and responsive mobile applications using React Native.
Implement and optimize database structures in MongoDB, ensuring efficient data management and scalability.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed for enhanced functionality.
Ensure security best practices in authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to enhance performance and resolve issues.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and usability.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in the organization

Skillset required

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer working with Flask, React Native, MongoDB, and Python.
Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Proficiency in front-end development with React Native, including component-based architecture.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, database design, and NoSQL concepts.
Solid understanding of backend logic, microservices, and server-side programming.
Experience with authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or cloud-based deployment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
