Role Summary
We are seeking a Flutter Application Developer Intern to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS using Flutter. This role provides hands-on development exposure and collaborative involvement in product building, UI/UX integration, and real deployment workflows.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate passion for mobile development, a willingness to learn, and a readiness to contribute to a fast-paced product-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code in Dart
- Integrate RESTful APIs, backend systems, and third-party services
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver polished and responsive interfaces
- Ensure app performance, stability, and responsiveness across devices
- Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards
- Maintain and enhance existing mobile features and modules
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and backend engineers during the development lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Flutter development (projects, internships, or professional)
- Strong proficiency in Dart
- Experience building apps for Android and iOS
- Knowledge of common mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
- Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and backend services
- Familiarity with state management:
- Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or similar
- Understanding of Material and Cupertino design systems
- Experience using Git and version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
- Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment
- Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Internship Details
- Unpaid internship with real product experience
- Candidates may engage with other companies or projects outside of internship hours
- Potential for certificate of completion, recommendation letter, and future paid opportunities based on performance
