Internship Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager Intern with extensive experience in technology and strong expertise in managing complex projects across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leading technical teams, driving project success, and building scalable solutions in a high-impact startup environment.

Key Responsibilites

Lead and drive projects related to web and mobile application development, ensuring alignment with the company’s technology goals.
Manage and oversee all phases of the SDLC, from initiation through completion, with a focus on quality, speed, and technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
Identify project risks, create robust mitigation strategies, and handle escalations effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and technology frameworks relevant to web and mobile development.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for efficient project tracking and collaboration.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
5+ years of intensive experience managing technology projects, with a deep understanding of SDLC processes.
Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and software development principles.
Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving project delivery.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Experience with web and mobile application development technologies is a strong plus.
